Design Feature

Design Usage

Acrylic topcoat can be used in outdoor walls, steel structures, mechanical equipment, motors, etc., to protect and decorate.

Execution Conditions

1. Surface treatment: Before painting should be coated with appropriate primer, steel plate surface should be coated with anti-rust primer, concrete surface should not be strong alkaline, PH < 10, and first coated with oil sealing primer, at the same time to be coated surface must be dry, clean, no oil and other attachments. Please consult for special surface treatment.

2. Construction method: Solid paint without air spraying, brush coating, roll coating or ordinary spraying.

Safety Matters

1. Acrylic topcoats are flammable and should be kept away from fire. Smoking is not allowed in the construction area.

 

2. The construction must maintain quality air circulation, and adopt certain protective measures. Avoid inhaling solvent vapor or paint mist, skin, eyes should not contact acrylic oil paint.

 

3. Before use, acrylic oil paint must be stirred evenly.

 

4. Acrylic oil paint using the specified diluent for dilution.
