Design Purpose

It can be used as the intermediate coating of epoxy zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc primer and other high-performance anti-rust paint to enhance the interlayer adhesion and protection performance of the entire coating. It can be used as the metal spraying zinc coating on steel or the sealing coating on the surface of galvanized steel, and can also be directly painted on the surface of steel after sandblasting as an anti-rust primer.

Composition

Composition:
Two-component anti-rust paint composed of epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, gray mica iron oxide and thickener.
 

Surface Treatment

Galvanized stee:	Remove all oil, debris and zinc salt with elastic grinding wheel. If used for underwater parts, it must be lightly swept and sandblasted for surface treatment.
Zinc sprayed steel that has not been exposed to the sun:	after removing all the oil impurities and zinc salts, the steel wool is brushed.
Steel:	sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade
Steel coated with workshop primer:	secondary rust removal by light sand blasting or pneumatic (electric) tools, the quality of rust removal up to St3.
With the old paint film that can be matched:	After removing all the oil and debris, the old paint film will be brushed.
