This product mainly uses special ingredients in the paint film, such as heat insulation materials, whitening agents, polymer resins, etc. The heat insulation effect is achieved by isolating and reflecting heat such as sunlight, causing a significant temperature difference between the surface and the interior of the object, lowering the temperature, and having a good heat insulation effect. At the same time, it has a good anti-corrosion effect on the metal surface and appearance:

1. Liangliang glue thermal insulation primer replaces the traditional red lead anti-rust paint. Anti-rust agents, anti-rust materials and thermal insulation fillers are added to the primer.

2. Liangliang glue thermal insulation intermediate paint has good adhesion on both the base and surface, and at the same time enhances the anti-corrosion effect.

3. Liangliang glue thermal insulation topcoat is applied on the surface layer to play the role of heat insulation, anti-corrosion, reflection, can replace spraying, and has high-performance anti-corrosion effects.
 

Construction Technology

1. Steel structural parts and non-metallic surfaces can be treated without rust, oil, dust, etc.

2. When used on old equipment, it is necessary to remove the loose and peeling old paint, rust layer, dust, oil, etc., and use a polisher or wire brush to polish it with sandpaper. The intact old paint can be retained for painting.

3. For severely corroded steel surfaces, you can use 70-T rust paint or 88-1 degreasing and rust-removing phosphating liquid to paint one pass. After it dries for 24 hours, paint again.

4. Just 24 hours between each coat of paint.

5. Pay attention to prevent rain during construction. Do not paint if there is dew on the surface. Store in a fireproof, ventilated, breathable and dry place.
