Surface treatment

1. Oxidized steel: Shot blasting or sandblasting and other methods to reach Sa2.5 level, in the place that can not be sandblasted, should be mechanically polished or chemical treatment to remove all floating debris, so that the surface clean, dry, rust, dust free.

2. Non-oxide steel: Grinding to St3 with pneumatic or electric elastic grinding wheel.

3. Steel coated with shop primer: A second derusting to St3 with a light sandblast or pneumatic (electric) tool.

4. Welding and cutting or fire school burning parts: remove welding slag, splash, grinding flat, grinding with elastic grinding wheel to St3 level.

Safety Matters

1. The surface of the coated material must be cleaned, no moisture, no acid, no oil;
2. The tools used in construction must be dry and clean;
3. It must be diluted with a matching diluent, and it is prohibited to mix with other varieties of coatings;
4. Spray viscosity depends on the conditions of the construction site, during the construction and drying, the relative humidity should not be greater than 75%, otherwise it will cause foam;
5. The substrate treatment should reach Sa2.5 level, and the primer should be applied within 8-24 hours, and the thickness of the primer film should be more than 80µm;
6. The construction site should be well ventilated, and necessary protective equipment should be worn.
