Design Usage

Cold galvanized paint has the dual function of extreme cathodic protection and screen protection.

1. For the long-term corrosion protection of steel, instead of hot dip galvanizing, hot spray zinc, to achieve better protective effect than hot dip galvanizing;

2. Can be used as a single layer of metal corrosion protection layer, can also be used as a heavy anti-corrosion coating system base coating, as if longer life;

Surface Treatment

 

1. The surface sandblasting or shot blasting reaches GB8923 "Corrosion grade and anti-rust grade of Steel surface before painting" Sa2.5 level;

2. Where pretreatment does not meet the requirements, grind with electric grinding wheel to St3 level.
