China Paint Silicone High Temperature Resistant Primer (Gray) Resistant to Atmospheric Corrosion and Strong Adhesion

Performance characteristics: It has good heat resistance and can be used under high temperature conditions (including five temperature resistance levels of 200ºC, 300ºC, 400ºC, 500ºC, and 600ºC). It has strong adhesion, moisture resistance, and impact resistance. And good performance such as resistance to atmospheric corrosion.

Designed use: Suitable for temperature-resistant protection of the steel surfaces of boilers, blast furnaces, ovens, outer walls of high-temperature pipelines, metallurgy, chemical industry, power plants, glass manufacturing and other high-temperature equipment.

Surface treatment:
Steel with oxide scale: sand blasting to Sa2.5 group
Scale-free steel: polished to St3 grade with elastic grinding wheel
Steel with old paint film: Sandblast to Sa2.5 level, or after removing all the old paint film, polish to St3 level with an elastic grinding wheel.
